Please ensure your cart is accurate before placing your order. Once an order is placed, no changes or additions can be made. Cancellations will incur a 5% fee on the total order. Once an order is processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled.
Shipping Options
Priority Shipping (Recommended): Expedited 5 – 20 business day delivery with insurance through USPS.
Free Shipping: Typically via UPS Ground, USPS, or FedEx, selected by Favsportz after order processing.
Processing Time
Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed. Each product is made to order. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated ship date. Shipping times provided at checkout do not include the processing time.
Delivery
Address Accuracy: Ensure your shipping address is correct in your order confirmation. Reshipping due to an incorrect address will be at the purchaser's expense.
Package Tracking: USPS may not update tracking until the package is delivered. Tracking is provided for all orders, and any inquiries about orders exceeding 14 business days from the order date will be addressed.
Return & Liability: Packages returned to the sender and canceled will incur a 20% restocking fee. Favsportz is not liable for packages after they have been accepted by USPS. Issues such as lost, stolen, or returned packages are the buyer’s responsibility.
