Return Policy for Favsportz

Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.

All merchandise returned to Favsportz must be in the original packaging, along with all items that came with the product. If the original packaging is unavailable, please pack the item securely in a replacement box with proper protection to ensure it arrives safely. The return address will vary depending on the product but will be included in the return label provided to you.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Note: Purchases made during promotional sales are final and cannot be refunded or returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 days.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before the refund is posted.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
